Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the Brollyz Video Agent and related services operated by Brollyz Pty Ltd. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Authorised use

You may use the service only if authorised by Brollyz and only for lawful purposes. You must not submit content that infringes another person's rights, is unlawful, deceptive, abusive or malicious, or attempts to interfere with the service or its security.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Brollyz a limited licence to host, copy, process, modify and transmit that content solely as needed to operate the service and produce requested outputs. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions for content you provide.

Generated output

The service may use automated and artificial-intelligence systems. Outputs may contain errors, resemble other material or require further review and editing. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and confirming that your intended use is lawful, accurate and appropriate before publishing or relying on them.

Availability and changes

The service may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Brollyz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian law.

Suspension

We may restrict or terminate access where these terms are breached, use creates risk for the service or others, or suspension is reasonably necessary for security or legal compliance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Queensland may hear disputes relating to these terms.
