Brollyz Pty Ltd ("Brollyz", "we", "us" or "our") operates the Brollyz Video Agent and related services. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information.

Information we collect

When you communicate with the Brollyz Video Agent through WhatsApp or another connected service, we may receive your phone number or account identifier, profile information made available by that service, message content, uploaded media, timestamps, delivery information and generated outputs. We may also collect limited technical and diagnostic information needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.

How we use information

We use this information to receive and interpret authorised creative briefs, create and return draft media, provide support, maintain security, diagnose faults, improve service reliability and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use message content for third-party advertising.

Service providers and disclosure

Information may be processed by providers that support the service, including Meta and WhatsApp for messaging, Cloudflare for hosting and network services, and artificial-intelligence or media-production providers such as OpenAI and ElevenLabs when their functionality is used. These providers may process information in other countries under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect users, Brollyz or the public.

Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type and by the services used to process it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Instructions are available on our Data Deletion page. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained where required or permitted by law.

Children

The Brollyz Video Agent is intended for authorised adult users and is not directed to children under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
