Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of personal information associated with your use of the Brollyz Video Agent.

How to submit a request

1. Email ryan.j.douglas1988@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line Brollyz Video Agent Data Deletion Request.
3. Include the WhatsApp phone number or account identifier used with the service and clearly state that you want the associated data deleted.

What happens next

We may contact you through the associated account or ask for limited additional information to verify that you control it. After verification, we will delete or anonymise personal information under our control within 30 days and confirm completion by email. Information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal compliance.

Third-party services

This request covers information controlled by Brollyz. To delete information held independently by WhatsApp, Meta or another third-party provider, you may also need to use that provider's account or privacy controls.
